Manna Gum Community House has three spaces available for hire at affordable rates conveniently located on the edge of Foster’s CBD. We offer a discount for not-for-profit and community groups. When you hire a space with us, your local community benefits. All profits go back into our organisation to maintain and improve our community services. The Community House Hall is a heritage building constructed in 1889 which served as the former Foster Court House. It is filled with natural light and was recently painted and re-carpeted. Hall hire includes the use of the adjoining kitchen facilities and is suitable for large meetings, events and parties with a maximum capacity of 50 people. Heating and cooling is provided with a split-system air conditioner. A deposit is required when booking for events. Available 7 days a week.

50 piece white china table setting including cutlery, drinking glasses, water jugs, plates, bowls, side plates and tea/coffee cups.

Kitchen facilities include two electric ovens, induction stove, commercial dishwasher, instant hot water system, microwave, fridge, water purifier. It was fully upgraded in 2016 and received a Class 2 Registration.
The Kitchen is available for independent hire and is a semi-private meeting space which suits groups of 6-8 people. Available 7 days a week.
The Centrelink room is a private meeting space, suitable for one-on-one meetings or small groups. A wall-mounted Samsung 50 inch full HD LED TV is available for use and can be connected to a computer via an hdmi cable. Heating and cooling is provided with a split-system air conditioner. Available weekdays only.
